    To get a TravelCard, you may visit any of the Al Ansari Exchange branches across the UAE.

    Your TravelCard is instantly activated at the time of purchase from any Al Ansari Exchange branch. If you have purchased a replacement card linked to the same account or a personalised card, you are required to complete activation.

    TravelCard can be used to pay for goods and services online or in-store. It can be used to pay bills and withdraw money from ATMs worldwide, wherever VISA™ is accepted.

    You can use your TravelCard wherever VISA™ cards are accepted in the UAE and overseas.  It can be used at millions of merchants worldwide, and you can withdraw cash from more than 2.3 million ATMs globally.

    Yes. The ATM limit is USD 1,400 or equivalent per day.

    You can add funds to your TravelCard at any Al Ansari Exchange branch or via Al Ansari Exchange App.

    Yes. The total load limit allowed on your TravelCard is USD 10,000 or equivalent.

    TravelCard is valid for 5 years. The expiration date is printed on the front of your card.
