How it works?
TravelCard and FlexiblePay Card Personalization Fees:

| New card purchase (Primary and Supplementary) | AED 65 |
| Lost/Replacement card (Primary and Supplementary) | AED 65 |
- Download Al Ansari Exchange App and log in.
- Click on “My Cards” button.
- Click on “Activate Card”
- This personalisation service is available for both new and existing Al Ansari Exchange prepaid cards.
- To apply for card personalization, visit any Al Ansari Exchange branch with a valid Emirates ID.
- Your personalised card will be delivered to you within 3 to 5 working days.
- Both Primary and Supplementary cardholders can avail of personalised cards.
- The existing card will be active until a new personalised card is received and activated by the customer.
