Dubai Municipality on Tuesday signed an agreement with Al Ansari Exchange for facilitating its service payments through Al Ansari Exchange branches. The agreement was signed by Rashid Saif Al Shamsi, Director of Finance Department at Dubai Municipality and Rashed Ali Al Ansari, General Manager, Al Ansari Exchange.

As per the agreement customers will be able to make their payments for Dubai Municipality transactions through the 170 branches of Al Ansari Exchange spread across the UAE.

”Instead of visiting the Municipality offices, customers can go to the nearest branch of Al Ansari Exchange for the service, which will be available in the morning and evening throughout the week. The service, which can be availed against a nominal fee, will be started in the second quarter of the year,” said Al Shamsi.

He said Dubai Municipality has always placed top priority on being committed to provide outstanding services to its customers and to exceed their expectations, and it exerts various efforts directed to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.

As per the agreement, both parties will build and strengthen cooperative relations in an effective way to create an excellent partnership in the work areas of common interest.

“The new strategic partnership with Dubai Municipality reflects our efforts to keep up with the latest trends in customer service. We are keen to provide the best services with efficiency and at the same time ensure maximum comfort to the customers. We are confident that this partnership agreement will help us serve more customers, who can benefit from our geographical reach in all the emirates and our flexible working hours seven days a week to make their payments and complete their transactions with Dubai Municipality with ease,” said Al Ansari.
