Al Ansari Exchange reinforces Emiratization policy with participation at 19th National Career Exhibition

Al Ansari Exchange, the UAE-based foreign exchange and worldwide money transfer company, has announced its participation in the 19th edition of the National Career Exhibition taking place from February 15 to 17, 2017 at the Sharjah Expo Centre. Through its presence in the specialized show that integrates national manpower into the UAE’s workforce, the company aims to recruit Emirati graduates for employment at its nationwide branches and offices. Aside from attractive incentives and privileges, Al Ansari Exchange offers a supportive and stimulating work environment that facilitates further professional development and career stability.

The company shared its proficiency in managing the affairs of its Emirati employees and the following up of their requests and needs through a specialized team as part of its commitment to the ‘Emiratization Strategy’ and its support for the various government initiatives aimed at enhancing the participation of locals. It offers functional positions on a full- or part-time basis across its 170 branches in the UAE to interested and qualified Emirati youth.

Al Ansari Exchange has invited UAE Nationals to its pavilion at the National Career Exhibition to enlighten them on available jobs, professional development programs, and various privileges and benefits. Al Ansari Exchange will be developing a comprehensive strategic framework to recruit and train Emirati graduates in line with UAE Vision 2021, which aims to increase the presence of National talents in all economic sectors by creating more job opportunities for them and consequently enhance the competitiveness of the national economy.

“UAE nationals currently constitute 11% of our workforce, some of which have been in the company for more than 9 years. We are proud to be one of the local entities that Emiratis are keen to work for. We are currently working on increasing the number of our national employees at higher organizational levels to increase their job satisfaction and loyalty to the workplace,” said Rashed Ali Al Ansari, General Manager of Al Ansari Exchange.

The company will also empower the UAE nationals by providing them with comprehensive training programs in both English and Arabic languages to enhance their capability and skill sets.
