Al Ansari Exchange participates in National Career Exhibition 2013 to attract UAE Nationals to finance sector

19 Feb 2013

Al Ansari Exchange, a UAE based foreign exchange and worldwide money transfer company, is participating in the 15th edition of the National Career Exhibition from February 20 to 22, 2013, at the Expo Centre Sharjah. The company’s participation in the exhibition is part of its ongoing efforts to attract more UAE nationals to the banking and finance sectors, train them and offer suitable job opportunities. The participation is in line with the company’s commitment to maintain the number of its local workforce by 10 per cent in 2013 and provide ongoing support to the UAE’s Emiratization initiatives.

Organized under the patronage of H.H. Dr. Sheikh Sultan Bin Mohammed Al Qassimi, Member of the UAE Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah, the National Career Exhibition has been a key platform that helps Emirati graduates find meaningful employment that matches their qualifications and aptitude. Al Ansari Exchange has long been an active supporter of the National Career Exhibition, taking advantage of the networking potential of the exhibition to support the government’s ongoing efforts to boost Emiratization in the private sector.

Rashid Ali Al Ansari, General Manager, Al Ansari Exchange, said, “The Emiratization program is one of the cornerstones of the UAE Government’s long-term socioeconomic development agenda. Al Ansari Exchange, for its part, has proactively responded to the government’s call for support as we have achieved significant gains towards increasing the number of UAE nationals in the company. Our training and professional development programs, in particular, have helped drive interest towards the finance profession as we aim to help open more career opportunities for UAE citizens in the private sector. Our regular participation at the National Career Exhibition strongly reaffirms Al Ansari Exchange’s commitment to the government’s Emiratization program, while the event also serves as an important recruitment platform that supports our continuing thrust to identify and employ the most competent Emirati prospects in the job market.”
