Terms and Conditions:

• This is a promotion exclusive to Al Ansari exchange Mobile app users.

• Each transaction will be given one entry to the prize draw

• Transaction has to be completed including payment before 01 November 2019 in order to be eligible for the draw

• All corporate or canceled transactions are excluded from the draw.

• The Winner will be announced on 11 November 2019.

• Prize must be claimed before 11 December 2019.

• Prize winner will be officially notified by Al Ansari Exchange authorized staff using the customer information provided at the time of registration. Customers are strongly advised to ensure that their contact information is updated.

• Al Ansari Exchange will never request the winner to pay any charges for winning their prizes.

• Al Ansari Exchange reserves the right to request the winner to provide proof of identity at the time of claiming the prizes. In the event that the winner cannot provide suitable proof, he/she will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.

• By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised, each winner agrees that Al Ansari Exchange may use their information in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the winner.

• Al Ansari Exchange employees and their immediate relatives are not eligible for the draw.

• Al Ansari Exchange will intimate the winner via available means at its disposal (Email, SMS, Phone call, etc.). It shall be the sole responsibility of the winner to collect the prize within the time limit of 30 days from the date of the notice/intimation to the winner about the prize.

• Prizes are non-transferable and should be collected in person by the winner

• Any failure to collect the prize during such 30 days period will be regarded as forfeiture of the prize. After the prize is not collected within 30 days of intimation, Al Ansari Exchange has the right, in its sole discretion to award the prize to the next eligible Participant through a fresh draw and in such event, the winner Participant shall have no right to object to the same.

• Al Ansari Exchange does not offer or provide any warranties, or accept any responsibility or liability of any kind in respect of the prizes and hereby disclaims any and all express or implied warranties with respect of the same.
