- This scheme will commence as of 20 October 2022 and ends on any date as decided by Al Ansari Exchange.
- Customers must have a valid UAE Resident Visa and an active account with Al Ansari Exchange to be enrolled in the programme.
- The programme is free to join and use. Al Ansari Exchange will never ask for any monetary value or subscription fees for the benefits offered across the loyalty programme.
- Customers must complete their registration on Al Ansari Exchange app to be enrolled in the programme.
- Al Ansari Exchange reserves the right to postpone/cancel the loyalty programme for any reason whatsoever including without limitation due to the provisions of any applicable statute, rules or regulations, as may be in force from time to time.
- The programme’s T&Cs may be changed, varied, suspended or terminated at any time without notice where permitted by law, save that reasonable efforts will be used to promptly post details of that change or variation, suspension or termination (as the case may be) to the Website. In the event of any conflict between this version of the Programme T&Cs and any version of the Programme Rules published on the Websitefor Al Ansari Exchange, the latter shall prevail.
- The programme T&Cs are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and any proceeding with respect to or in connection with Al Ansari Exchange PLUS rewards must be brought in that jurisdiction.
- Reasonable care has been taken to ensure that information contained in the programme T&Cs and any publications and advertisements in connection with Al Ansari Exchange PLUS rewards is accurate, but Al Ansari Exchange will not accept any liability with respect to any errors or omissions in any information, whether written or verbal.
- The minimum age requirement to use Al Ansari Exchange PLUS rewards and Al Ansari Exchange App is 21 years.

- Customers will receive an additional 1000 welcome points upon completing their registration on Al Ansari Exchange app.
- Points can be redeemed against various exciting offers through Al Ansari Exchange app. The full list of offers is available on the app. Each offer has its different T&Cs.
- Points cannot be redeemed in cash.
- Points are valid for 1 year from the date of earning and will expire without prior notice.
- Redeemed points are valid for 24 hours from the time of redemption.
- Where a Member has requested for deletion of their Account; all points accumulated but not redeemed, or have expired which are held in the Account will be forfeited.
Partners, and the T&Cs under which points are redeemed through a partner, may vary from time to time.
Al Ansari Exchange PLUS rewards may at any time and without prior notice to Members, withdraw, limit, modify or cancel any Rewards supplied by Partners. It is the responsibility of a Member to verify eligibility to earn and redeem points with Partners.
When a Member selects services and/or goods from a Partner, the contract for such services and/or goods will exist between a Member and the Partner. Accordingly, the T&Cs of the Partner shall apply to the purchase of the goods and/or services selected by a Member.
Al Ansari Exchange strongly recommends that a Member reads the T&Cs and also checks with the Partner prior to selecting the goods and/or services.
By accepting the Partner’s offer, a Member is agreeing to abide by the T&Cs of the purchase imposed by the Partner, including payment of all amounts when due (if any) and compliance with all rules and restrictions with respect to the services and/or goods.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AL ANSARI EXCHANGE ACCEPTS NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR REWARDS SUPPLIED BY PARTNERS WHERE A PARTNER REFUES TO SUPPLY A REWARD TO THE MEMBER.
The rights, if any, which a Member may have in connection with a Reward, are solely against the Partner supplying that Reward. Subject to this clause, all Rewards supplied to a Member will be subject exclusively to the T&Cs of Partners supplying the Reward.
- In connection with the programme, Al Ansari Exchange PLUS Rewards collects, uses and discloses member’s personal information in accordance with the Al Ansari Exchange Privacy Policy.
- By entering this scheme, unless otherwise advised, each participant agrees that Al Ansari Exchange may use their information in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference payment or other compensation to the winner.
- TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AL ANSARI EXCHANGE WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO A MEMBER OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT, RESULTING FROM TERMINATION OR CHANGE OF OR TO AL ANSARI EXCHANGE PLUS REWARDS OR ANY OF THE FACILITIES, BENEFITS OR ARRANGEMENTS WHICH ARE MADE AVAILABLE TO A MEMBER, INCLUDING PARTNER WITHDRAWAL OR THE WITHDRAWAL OF ANY BENEFITS, FACILITIES OR ARRANGEMENTS.
- Al Ansari Exchange reserves the right to disqualify a Member from further participation in the Al Ansari Exchange PLUS rewards programme, to cancel all previously accumulated points and to seek compensation for Rewards utilised if, in Al Ansari Exchange’s sole judgment, that Member, has engaged in willful misconduct or breached any of the T&Cs governing the Al Ansari Exchange PLUS rewards programme, including, but not limited to the fraudulent acquisition of points, sale or abuse of Points or sale or abuse of reward benefits.
- The Al Ansari Exchange PLUS rewards offered to Members are managed by third-party suppliers (each a “Supplier”). All Members taking advantage of these services or offers will be entering into a legal relationship with the Supplier. To the extent permitted by law, Al Ansari Exchange excludes all liability to any Member or other person of whatsoever nature in respect of any negligence, willful misconduct, poor service or other breaches of obligation arising out of the provision or failure to provide the services by or on behalf of a Supplier arising out of that legal relationship with a Supplier.

- If a member requests the deletion of their account, all accumulated points that have not been redeemed or have expired will be forfeited.
