Grand Hotel et de Milan is solely responsible for this offer. Room upgrade and late check-out are subject to availability. Cancellation is free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the day of arrival. Subsequently the hotel will apply the penalty of 100% of the full stay charge. The offer is valid for individual bookings only up to 4 rooms. In case of single reservations (up to 4 rooms) payment can be made by credit card before arrival or during check-out. Check-in/Check-out: the room will be available from 2 p.m. on the arrival day and check-out time is 12 p.m. Children Policy: free stay up to 12 years with rollaway bed. The surcharge for an additional third bed is 135 Euro per night, not available for Classic and Superior rooms. In case of early departure, the Hotel is entitled to the payment of the amount agreed for the entire stay. Offer is not valid during the following times: 20/02/2024 – 26/02/2024, 15/04/2024 – 21/04/2024, 17/09/2024 – 23/09/2024, 08/10/2024 – 10/10/2024

If you encounter any issues, follow these simple steps to get a refund or resolution:

  • We will work with Visa to resolve the issue. If dispute is valid, you'll receive a refund or a voucher within 10 to 15 working days.
