Empower joins hands with Al Ansari Exchange to facilitate District Cooling bills payment service

Emirates Central Cooling Systems Corporation (Empower), the world’s largest district cooling services provider has signed an agreement with Al Ansari Exchange, the UAE’s leading money exchange network that provides foreign exchange and worldwide money transfer services, to facilitate consumer payment of Empower’s district cooling bills through the branches of Al Ansari exchange. The agreement was signed between Ahmad Bin Shafar, CEO of Empower and Rashed Ali Al Ansari, General Manager of Al Ansari Exchange in the presence of top officials recently at Empower Head Office.

The agreement facilitates for Empower’s customers to make bill payments through more than 170 branches of Al Ansari Exchange across the UAE. The service offers Empower’s customers a fast, secure and easy bill payment solution.

“The agreement with Al Ansari Exchange comes as a part of our efforts to provide hassle-free services to our customers. Through this added facility, Empower’s existing base of more than 65,000 customers can pay the district cooling bills through any of Al Ansari Exchange branches. It will further empower our consumers to drop in and easily pay out their bills on a timely basis. It will also offer ease of convenience in performing financial transactions like never before,” said Bin Shafar.

As per the agreement, Empower’s customers will be provided with easy and safe payment service using cash. This move is expected to enhance the pace of payments as it will improve the quality of services provided to Empower’s customers.

“This new agreement will give over 65,000 customers of Empower another option to settle their payments easily. This new option will be added to the existing facilities such as online payment, mobile payment, and via Emirates NBD. Our goal is to provide the best and most efficient service to our current and future clients. In Empower, we always work to enhance our service with customer satisfaction as number one priority,” add Bin Shafar.
