21 Mar 2011

Leading exchange house to provide visitors with professional career advice and job opportunities, Al Ansari Exchange the UAE’s largest network exchange house that provides worldwide remittance and foreign exchange services, has confirmed its participation at the ‘11th Annual Careers Show 2011 Exhibition.’ The event will be held from March 21 to March 23, 2011, at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre (DICE) and is considered to be a high-impact event that aims to provide talented UAE Nationals with the opportunity to meet directly with top recruiting companies and managers representing multinational companies. One of the main attractions of Al Ansari Exchange stand is an interactive booth that aims to offer participants and visitors a first-hand ‘on the-job’ experience, with career advice and access to potential job opportunities in line with its support for the UAE government’s Emiratization program, which aims to provide local UAE nationals with employment opportunities that can help give them a good start in their chosen career paths.

“Careers Show 2011, which has become the Middle East region’s premiere job fair exhibition, continues to provide UAE Nationals with key career opportunities by selecting the best qualified UAE nationals and matching them with the job that best suits them.” said Rashed Ali Al Ansari, General Manager, Al Ansari Exchange. “During our participation in this year’s event, Al Ansari Exchange will be providing a first-of-its-kind live interactive booth that will give participants and visitors the experience and feel of working at its branches. We will also be giving free career advice to visitors to help them hone their skills and expertise and enable them to build a professional future career.”

Al Ansari Exchange has implemented many important Emiratization initiatives including select key training programs that target development of the skills and capabilities of Emirati citizens – training the new graduates in diverse areas of banking like Financial transactions and processes, Al Ansari Exchange products and their structure, the organizational structure, customer service, and internal relations between all the company’s departments. The company also recently concluded its participation in the ‘National Career Exhibition 2011’, which took place from February 23 to 25, 2011 at the Sharjah Expo Centre — closing with more than 1,300 job employment requests.

“Our participation in this event embodies our vision to attract a large number of highly qualified UAE nationals and give them the opportunity to join us and build a successful career that meets their different aspirations. Al Ansari Exchange provides a unique integrated work environment that gives the new staff the opportunity to work with an integrated global team from over 30 countries around the world, which brings a wealth of global experience. We expect the recruitment of a higher numbers of UAE nationals this year since we have more than 100 branches across the UAE, which constitutes an attraction for its members as a result of the availability of employment opportunities near residence areas,” concluded Rashed Ali Al Ansari.
