Al Ansari Exchange opens new call center in Fujairah

Al Ansari Exchange, the UAE-based foreign exchange and worldwide money transfer company, has officially announced the opening of its new call center in Fujairah. The new facility was inaugurated in the presence of Rashid Ali Al Ansari, General Manager, Al Ansari Exchange; Mohammed Khalifa Al Zyoodi, Director of Human Resources Department of Fujairah Government and a Member of the Board of Directors, Community Development Authority in Fujairah;Essa Al Mulla, Executive Director of Emirates Nationals Development Programme and a group of senior officials and staff from both parties. The state-of-the-art call center is run by78 Emirati female nationals in coordination with the local government’s Human Resources Department.

The Fujairah call center is in line with Al Ansari Exchange’s continuing move to reinforce and consolidate its communication ties with UAE customers by informing them about the company’s latest service offerings while also answering all inquiries and demands. It is staffed with qualified professionals trained under the supervision of highly experienced and competent administrative staff to address Customer Service. Thenew facility is equipped with cutting-edge technologies and communication tools to offer high quality services, guaranteeing that all the needs and requirements of its customers can be addressed at the earliest according to the highest standards.

Rashid Ali Al Ansari, General Manager, Al Ansari Exchange, said:“The new call center isaligned with our expansion plan in the UAE to serve the growing base of our customers across the country. It is the first-ever marketing call center for Al Ansari Exchange which employs nearly 97 per cent of UAE nationalsin linewith the President of the UAE and Ruler of Abu Dhabi, H.H. Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan’s Absher initiative for Emiratisation. Choosing Fujairah to launch our new call center follows the great support we are receiving from the Government of Fujairah and is part of the company’s policy of nationalization.”

“Our partnership with Al Ansari Exchange is a strategic cooperation agreement to bolster recruitment of Emirati job seekers who are still on our waiting list. We provided the company with logistics services along with the names of interested candidates. The candidates were given a six-month training course in order to introduce them to the company. In total, 78 UAE female nationals were offered excellent job opportunities, ranging from part-time to full-time options,” concluded Mohammed Khalifa Al Zyoodi, Director of Human Resources Department of Fujairah Government and a Member of the Board of Directors, Community Development Authority in Fujairah.
