- The NOL Travel Card may only be sold to customers aged 18 years and above.
- Al Ansari Exchange (AAE) will act solely as a cash collection agent for NOL Travel Card sales. Any post-sale support, inquiries, or service requests will be handled directly by RTA.
- NOL Travel Card reloads can be performed through RTA channels and authorized outlets.
- The NOL Travel Card is valid for five (5) years, with the validity period commencing upon activation of the card.
- Any requests for card cancellation or refund will be processed exclusively through RTA channels.
