  • Eligible transactions: Successful international remittance transactions made by eligible registered Hala drivers through any Al Ansari Exchange app or branches.
  • Participants must have a valid UAE Resident Visa and a membership profile with Al Ansari Exchange.
  • All reversed or cancelled transactions are excluded from the draws.

    • Winners will be announced every month following each draw date.
    • All prizes must be claimed before 31 October 2026.
    • Prize winners will be officially notified by Hala authorized staff using the customer’s information provided on the transaction receipt. Customers are strongly advised to ensure that their contact information is up-to-date.
    • Hala drivers can visit any Al Ansari Exchange branch across the UAE to claim their prize money.
    • Al Ansari Exchange will never request the winners to pay any charges for claiming their prizes or ask for their personal identification numbers, bank account details or other confidential documents.
    • Al Ansari Exchange employees and their immediate relatives are not eligible to enter the draws.
