AANI on Prepaid Cards – Terms and Conditions
Enrollment in Aani App
- Introducing TravelCard / FlexiblePay on the Aani App, powered by Al Etihad Payments, an initiative of the Central Bank of the UAE.
- By using the Al Ansari Exchange TravelCard / FlexiblePay, all cardholders provide consent to enroll in the AANI app to enable instant transfers using mobile number to any other bank account in the UAE.
- With Aani, you can send or receive money using mobile numbers, email addresses or QR codes. This allows transactions without exchanging bank account details with individuals who have activated Aani. Funds received through AANI will be credited to the enrolled Prepaid Card account.
- The cardholder accepts full responsibility for all the transactions done on the card through AANI.
- In case the cardholder fails to follow the procedure, Al Ansari Exchange will not be liable and the customer must assume liability for any consequences that may arise.
- Upon enrolling Travelcard / FlexiblePay to the Aani App, the customer confirms and acknowledges the correctness, authenticity and legality of all the transaction details and will be held responsible for the same. Al Ansari Exchange LLC is indemnified and held harmless from any claims, including but not limited to delays, delivery failures, mistakes and losses as well as force majeure events or any other circumstances beyond our control.

- The cardholder agrees to the charges mentioned in the table below when using the Aani app, the charges may be updated in future and will be informed through the registered email to all Aani-activated customers.
