97 per cent of Al Ansari Exchange sales call center is managed and operated by Emiratis
Al Ansari Exchange, the UAE-based foreign exchange and worldwide money transfer company, affirmed its commitment towards the UAE’s Emiratisation drive to boost the national workforce in the private sector in line with the UAE Vision 2021 National Agenda. The company has positioned empowering Emirati youth at the forefront of its strategic priorities by focusing on attracting, nurturing and retaining national talents and guiding them in the best way to serve its growth strategy.
The company has implemented a long-term strategy in support of Emiratisation. To date, 11 per cent of Al Ansari Exchange’s workforce consists of Emiratis with plans to increase these figures by creating more job opportunities that suit the qualifications of UAE nationals and fulfil their aspirations, while also providing them with comprehensive training programs that enable them to engage efficiently within the financial and money exchange sector. The company also takes into account easing the qualifications or high experience requirements while providing flexible working hours, whether part time or full time. This also includes opportunities for Emiratis to work in branches nearest to their place of residence allowing them to balance their personal and professional lives in a positive and stimulating work environment that will increase levels of happiness, satisfaction and career loyalty.
