Kapil Arora heads the Correspondent & Banking Department. He is responsible for the company’s strategic banking relationships worldwide, providing customers with an international reach and a wide range of global correspondent banking services.  He works closely alongside the leadership team to develop and maintain strong banking capabilities across the company.

Kapil has over 22 years of experience in leading international cross-functional business, sales and product teams across the Middle East & Asia Pacific region. He has worked on various international projects while working with Banks and Financial Institutions.

Prior to joining Al Ansari Exchange, Kapil held several key positions at HSBC, Citibank, Western Union and Kotak Bank. With a proven track record internationally, Kapil has a strong reputation for growing and building sustainable businesses across the Asia Pacific region.

Kapil has a Master’s Degree in Mathematics along with a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management from India. He also completed an ‘MBA Essentials’ program from the London School of Economics (LSE), UK
