Deleting Your Profile on Al Ansari Exchange Send Money
A profile holder on the Al Ansari Exchange Send Money can permanently delete their profile by submitting a request following the steps below.
Steps to request the deletion of Al Ansari Exchange Send Money app Profile:
- To delete a profile on the Al Ansari Exchange Send Money app, the user should contact Al Ansari Exchange on 600 54 6000, send a request via the CONTACT US option on the Al Ansari Exchange Send Money app or email us at [email protected] with the subject “Delete Al Ansari Exchange Send Money Profile”.
- Our staff will conduct a verification check to authenticate the user, after which the request will be placed for deletion. The profile will then be permanently deleted.
- After deletion, the customer will no longer be able to log in using that profile and will have to re-register with Al Ansari Exchange Send Money app to use our services in the future.
Steps to request the deletion of Al Ansari Exchange Membership:
- When a profile is deleted on the Al Ansari Exchange Send Money app, it will only be permanently removed from the mobile app. The customer’s membership with Al Ansari Exchange will remain active until the customer visits any Al Ansari Exchange branch in person and initiates a request for membership inactivation.
- Inactivation, upon verification of customer, will be instant.
Deleted Data:
- The customer profile credentials will be inactivated.
Retained Data:
- The customer’s membership record including name, mobile number, email address, ID details, beneficiary details and transaction history will be retained by Al Ansari Exchange for a period of 5 years as mandated by the regulatory authorities.
